LOCATION: 16883 Beach Boulevard, Huntington Beach, CA 92647 (north of Warner Avenue, west of Beach Boulevard) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Conditional Use Permit No. 23-005 with suggested findings and conditions of approval. LOCATION: 16400 Pacific Coast Highway, Suite 130, 92649 (northeast corner of PCH and Anderson Street) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Entitlement Plan Amendment No. 23-002 with suggested findings and conditions of approval.
