PUBLIC HEARING ITEMS 23-839 COASTAL DEVELOPMENT PERMIT NO. 23-008 (ZOURAS RESIDENCE) REQUEST: To construct a new three-story, 3,915 sq. ft. single-family residence with a 758 sq. ft. garage, a 685 sq. ft. ADU, and a 500 sq. ft. JADU at an overall height of 35 feet. LOCATION: 2114 Pacific Coast Highway, 92648 (near the northeast corner of 22nd St. and PCH) Recommended Action: That the Zoning Administrator take the following actions: A) Approve Coastal Development Permit No. 23-008 with suggested findings and conditions of approval.
