CouncilmemberHumphrey suggestedtheCouncilbepresentedwithotheroptionstoputtingtherequestedamountsofmoneyintoabuildingofits age, althoughshefeltadowntownfirestationanecessity. FireChiefTomGrishamlistedotheroptionshehadpursued buthadnotfound satisfactory. Hesaidthebuildingwasofverysolidconstruction, thatmoldandasbestoswerenot presentorremoved, thatmanyrepairsandimprovementshadbeenmadeincludingmeetingcodes andthebuildingofa floodpreventionwall; andaddressedthephasesofworkanticipated andassociatedcostsinresponsetoCouncil questions. TheCityManagerpledgedtocomebeforetheCouncilifasignificantchangetotheuseofthefundswas encountered. Themotionpassedunanimously. 6. STATUTORYAGENDA a.
