CouncilmemberBrauninger movedtoapprovetheconsentagenda andwassecondedbyCouncilmemberMontgomery.
Themotionpassedunanimously, 8-0.

Themotiontoapprove, fromtheJuly15,2014meeting,waspostponedtothismeetingandisthependingmotion.
CouncilmemberJohnsonmovedagaintoconsideracontractforthedesignandcontractadministrationofway-finding
signagefortheCityofHuntsville andwassecondedbyCouncilmemberHumphrey. Karl Davidsonpresenteda
smartphoneapphewasdevelopingthathefeltwouldprovideway-findingwithflexibility atareducedcost. CityManager
MattBenoitsaidmonumentsignshadbeenindefinitelypostponedbutsaidhewould, ifthisitemwasapprovedtonight,
proposetotheFinanceCommitteethattheother $250,000bemovedtoGeneralFundCapitalsoitwouldnotexpirewith
theendofthecurrentfiscalyear. Itwasconfirmedthatthisvotewasonlyforthefirstphase’s $ 13,600.00. Themotion
passedunanimously, 8-0.

intoanagreementwithKlotzAssociatesforprofessionalengineeringservicesforTownCreekSanitarySewer

CouncilmemberMontgomery movedtoauthorizetheCityManagertoenterintoanagreementwithKlotzAssociatesfor
professionalengineeringservicesforTownCreekSanitarySewerReplacementProject #12-11-04,PhaseIIdesign and
wassecondedbyCouncilmember Olson. Themotionwasadoptedunanimously, 8-0.
