Karl Davidsonpresenteda smartphoneapphewasdevelopingthathefeltwouldprovideway-findingwithflexibility atareducedcost. CityManager MattBenoitsaidmonumentsignshadbeenindefinitelypostponedbutsaidhewould, ifthisitemwasapprovedtonight, proposetotheFinanceCommitteethattheother $250,000bemovedtoGeneralFundCapitalsoitwouldnotexpirewith theendofthecurrentfiscalyear.
