WalterJohnsonspokeinsupportofasaggingpants ordinanceandWalterBoyd,Sr.saidhedidnotbelieveitwas somethingthatcouldbelegislated. 8. Iwouldliketoproposethat theCouncilmeetingbeginat5p.m.,sothatwecanpotentiallyfinishearlyandallowCouncilmemberstoattendNational NightOutevents. Duetoachangeinthe ElectionCode,theCitymayalsoconductitselectioncanvassonthatdate. TheStateoftheCityaddresswillbeheldagaininOctober, probablyOctober21. SHSUwillplaythefirstfootballgameoftheNCAAyearonESPNandremindedalltobeawareofeveryonestartingback toschool CouncilmemberHumphreyremindedallthatSHSUAllPawsInwillbeMarch7,2015andthatthewholecommunitywasbeing invitedtoparticipate.
