Finance Committee Minutes December 18, 2018 Members Present: Joe Emmett, Joe Rodriquez, Tish Humphrey, and Paul Davidhizar Staff Present: Steve Ritter, Aron Kulhavy The agenda items discussed were: • Approved minutes from the November 6, 2018 meeting. • Steve discussed the CIP projects that have been completed and the remaining budget amounts. Steve discussed the new summary form and that the details could be provided if needed on any project. The committee members all agreed that they liked the new form. • Steve discussed the unaudited 09/30/2018 “Unallocated Reserve” and CIP “Unallocated Budget” balances and provided the members with a copy of the financial polices that explained the categories. • The Budget Amendments were approved for presentation to Council at the next City Council meeting.
