Approve minutes of September 15, 2020 meeting b. Budget Amendments c. CIP Project(s) closeout(s) d. Discussion for possibly reinstating utility cut-offs for delinquent accounts and providing a timeframe for customers who are delinquent to get current e. Discussion of possible program for business grants using “Coronavirus Relief Fund Act” funds 3. ADJOURNMENT It is possible that a quorum of the City Council may be present, but the Council will not be deliberating or taking any action at this meeting. Councilmembers in attendance who are not members of the Finance Committee will not offer comment or otherwise participate in the Finance Committee meeting.
