Receive notice on postponed project; discuss and consider upcoming events. V. Hear reports: Chairperson’s Report Friends of the Wynne Report: The Wynne Home Nutcracker; annual meeting Staff report: Roof; Budget; Events; Letters and Emails; Facility needs; Reports VI. Distribute informational items: letters, articles and announcements. VII. Adjourn the meeting.
