Consideration - The board determined the following are options to move forward with public restroom.
1. Portable Restrooms – this brings up the issue of a location to put them, the “Wall Parking Lot”
was discussed for this option, but the utilities in that area are unknown
2. Work with the County – the courthouse lot offers the perfect location for public restrooms
3. Permanent Building – find a permanent structure downtown for public restrooms and utilize
portables until that is complete
4. No Recommendation – the board does not feel comfortable recommending any action at this
time
With the meeting running late, board members needed to leave to get back to work and there was no
longer a quorum to continue discussions of the future work plan, budgets, or goals for 2019. The
meeting was called to an end at 1:56 PM
