Absent: Cheryl Spencer, Heike Ness, Caroline Crimm, Gaye Clements
Staff: Tammy Gann, Tracy Chappell, Aron Kulhavy, Leigh Larkins, Erin Hill, Brittney Flores,
Belcher called the meeting to order at 12:30pm.
Consideration and possible action on approval of September 20, 2019 minutes.
MOTION WAS MADE TO APPROVE THE MINUTES FOR SEPTEMBER 20, 2019

Main Street Coordinator Report: Chappell gave update on Texas Downtown Association conference
previously attended. Encouraged board to like and share social media reports and volunteer for
upcoming events.
Committee Reports: Updates given on upcoming events (Shop Small, Christmas Fair, Arts in the Air)
Consider further information regarding public restrooms:

negotiation; and/or other matters as authorized under the Texas Government Code.
