• A request for abandonment and vacation of easements along Gateway

GS1, H-4-2-1-200-GS1, H-4-2-1-201-GS1, H-4-2-1-201, & H-4-2-12-1208-GS1
• A request for abandonment and vacation of easements along Desert Sands
Parkway, Dunes Drive, and Sand Hollow Resort Parkway in The Dunes at

• The size, scope, and nature of funding related to the planned construction of
the Hurricane City Police Station
2. Consideration and possible approval of Ordinance 2026-16 Approving the
