Public comment is limited to 3 minutes. City Council can not talk about any items not on the agenda per state law. Consideration and possible action on the meeting minutes from the regularly scheduled Zoning Board of Adjustment meeting held on April 28,2026. 5. AGENDA ITEMS 5.1. 216 FM 1660: Relief from Hutto UDC Sec. 10.614.2 specifically to permit a reduction in Public Utility Easment width from 10 ft to 5 ft. 5.2. 216 FM 1660: Relief from Hutto UDC Sec. 10.403.8.7 to reduce the 10-foot distance requirement from building walls to drive aisles and parking areas to 7 feet 4 inches. 5.3. 216 FM 1660: Relief from Hutto UDC Sec. 10.407.5.2 to eliminate the requirement of an 8-foot deep landscaped area to screen vehicle areas from adjacent private property. 6.
