An expenditure not to exceed $285,000 is authorized to be funded with ARPA funds, and the Treasurer is authorized to make the required budget amendments to facilitate this expenditure. The Treasurer is authorized to make the necessary budget amendments to facilitate this purchase from the FY24 approved Capital budget.
