Emails or other written testimony must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on the Monday prior to the meeting. To assure completion of the agenda, the Chairperson may impose reasonable time limits on the statements and evidence given. Individual members of the Board of Adjustment should not be contacted outside the formal hearing process. Public hearing items are subject to change.
