August 2, 2019 The City Council of the City of Idaho Falls met in Special Meeting, Friday, August 2, 2019, in the City Annex Conference Room in the City Annex Building located at 680 Park Avenue in Idaho Falls, Idaho at 7:30 a.m. There were present: Mayor Rebecca L. Noah Casper Councilmember Thomas Hally Councilmember Michelle Ziel-Dingman Councilmember Jim Freeman Councilmember John Radford Councilmember Shelly Smede Absent: Councilmember Jim Francis It was moved by Councilmember Freeman, seconded by Councilmember Dingman, to move into Executive Session which has been called pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency. Roll call as follows: Aye – Councilmembers Radford, Freeman, Smede, Dingman, Hally. Nay – none. Motion carried. Noah Casper Councilmember John Radford (departed at 8:07 a.m.) Councilmember Michelle Ziel-Dingman Councilmember Shelly Smede Councilmember Thomas Hally Councilmember Jim Freeman Also present: Bryce Johnson, Police Chief (by telephone) Steve Hunt, Police Captain Jeremy Galbreaith, Police Captain Jessica Clements, Police Public Information Officer Annake Scholes, Police Administrative Assistant Pamela Alexander, Municipal Services Director Randy Fife, City Attorney The Executive Session was called pursuant to the provisions of Idaho Code Section 74-206(1)(c) to acquire an interest in real property which is not owned by a public agency.
