NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village Board of the Village of Dousman will hold a regular meeting which will be open to the public on the 9th day of May, 2016, at the Village Hall located at 118 S. Main Street Dousman which begins at 6:00 p.m. The purpose of the meeting will be to:  Call to order and confirm public meeting notice  Pledge of Allegiance  Public Comment  Consideration and Action to approve consent agenda which includes the following: o Previous meeting minutes of 4/11/16 o General Fund Bills - $76,866.79 o General Check #36218 – 36250 & Payroll Check #9727 – 9730 & 1206 – 1229 o Sewer Utility Bills – $77,571.19 o Check #11044- 11062 o Water Utility Bills – $61,043.56 o Check #8544 – 8571 o Special Projects Account - $277,689.68 o Check #1105 o April 2016 Building Inspection Report o April 2016 DPW Reports  Appearances – Consideration and Action may occur on the following matters: o Howard Jeanson; 2015 Financial Statements o Chief Bowen; Dousman Fire District Update  Reports Information or discussion and action taken at previous meetings, future agenda items and upcoming scheduled meetings. a. Call to Order 2. Minutes: December 3, 2020 3. HPC Comprehensive Plan Project 4. Historic Preservation Plan 5. Roundtable Discussion Because Idaho will be in Stage 2 of Rebound Idaho which permits gatherings of 10 or less, the doors will be open to the public. However, because social distancing is still required seating will be extremely limited and alternative methods of participation are still highly encouraged. Idaho Falls believes in public participation and has identified at least three methods of participation. 1. Email: Public comments may be shared with the Historic Preservation Commission via email at kbeutler@idahofallsidaho.gov. Emails or other written testimony must be received no later than 11:00 a.m. on the Thursday of the meeting. 2. Live Meeting Attendance: Members of the public wishing to participate in a live meeting that has been legally noticed for this agenda may do so remotely through the WebEx meeting platform with a phone or a computer. This platform will allow citizens to provide testimony at the appropriate time. Those desiring meeting access may send a valid and accurate email address to apeterson@idahofallsidaho.gov no later than 11:00 a.m. on December 3rd so log-in information can be sent to you prior to the meeting OR follow this link which will also access the meeting: https://tinyurl.com/ifhpc To assure completion of the agenda, the Chairperson may impose reasonable time limits on the statements and evidence given. Individual members of the Planning Commission should not be contacted outside the formal hearing process. Public hearing items are subject to change.
