Kerry Martin seconded. All in favor. PUBLIC COMMENT None. DIRECTOR’S REPORT – Greg Weitzel  Discussion of the eclipse weekend coming along with the concert, and the duck race  Presented the 2017/2018 Budget Presentation and had open discussion.  Capital improvement plan (5-year rollout) was distributed and open discussion. DEPARTMENT REPORTS Golf – Tim Reinke  Waiting on the irrigation grant Zoo – David Pennock  Discussion of the Zoo masterplan and the transfer of the 4H property/Bonneville county. Recreation – PJ Holm  Getting ready for the eclipse. Parks/Cemeteries – Brent Martin/Ronnie Campbell  Getting ready for the eclipse.  Ryder Park Pond coming along BONNEVILLE COUNTY – D. Radford  No Report. GOLF REPORT – Tom Hersh  Waiting for grant. SCHOOL DISTRICT #91 – Kerry Martin  Fall sports are starting. SCHOOL DISTRICT #93 – Mike Davis (absent)  No Report.
