Approve a Construction Management at Risk with a Guaranteed Maximum Price Contract with W& J Construction, Rockledge and Related Expenses, Appropriations, and Policies for a new Indian Harbour Beach Police Headquarters W&J Construction verified that the price included everything from a concrete pad for a. generator, sidewalks, site prep and testing, underground electrical including power to the flag pole, light pole, signs at the road and on the wall, to light bulbs for the fixtures.
