Mayor Scott Nickle - present Deputy Mayor Frank Guertin - present Council Member Adam Dyer - present Council Member Susan Ruimy - present Council Member David Nutt - present City Manager John Coffey was also in attendance. NEW BUSINESS  FY26-30 FM & CIP Workshop minutes April 22, 2025 Page 2 FY26-30 Financial Model & Capital Improvement Plan City Manager John W . Coffey, ICMA-CM gave a presentation on the FY25-29 Capital Improvement Plan that gave an annual breakdown and estimated costs for projects. New items added for the General Fund FY26 included: • Full-time Communications Manager • Full-time Code Enforcement Officer • Implementation of step pay plan for non CBA members • Second year senior management salary adjustments • Part-time Recreation Department staff for the Algonquin Sports Complex. Council stated they agreed with the presented information for the next five fiscal years. PUBLIC FORUM There were no comments from the public.
