AUTHORIZE the City Manager to sign a one-year renewal agreement with Public Risk Management (PRM) of Florida for property, casualty, and workers' compensation, and flood coverages for FY 2024-25. D. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-07. Authorizing the Mayor-Commissioner to execute an Interlocal Agreement for the creation of the Metropolitan Planning Organization.  E. RESOLUTION NO. 2024-08. A resolution of the City Commission of the City of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, calling for a general election for the purpose of electing, at large, qualified candidates to fill the vacancies of two City Commissioner Seats for two-year terms; establishing a candidate qualifying period; authorizing the City Manager to enter into a contract with the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections; establishing a polling place for the March 11, 2025 Election; authorizing the Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections to verify candidate petition cards and facilitate the election process.
