A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of Indian Rocks Beach, Florida, selecting a City Manager, providing Nationwide Plus to perform a comprehensive background check on the candidate, and providing for the City Attorney to negotiate the terms and conditions of employment. B. VOTE TO FILL THE CITY MANAGER POSITION- Commissioners shall vote by paper ballot, with results announced that an applicant has attained a majority of the votes of the Commission members voting.
