Consideration and possible action to approve an Ordinance on first and final reading adopting the FY 23-24 City Budget by a roll call vote. 2. Consideration and possible action to ratify the property tax revenue increase reflected in the budget by a roll call vote. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve an Ordinance on first and final reading setting the property tax rate for 2023 by a roll call vote.
