Hold a public hearing to consider rezoning the following property from Single Family Residential to Business Retail: Approximately 10 acres of land on County Road 48, South ½ of Lots 190 & 191, Section 66, H.T. & B.R.R. Company Survey, A-560, Brazoria County, Texas. 5.
