Discuss personnel matters and receive an updated supplemental report from outside legal counsel regarding the investigation and other findings related to the retired City Manager; to discuss personnel matters relating to the City Attorney’s employment contract; and to receive updates and legal advice from the City Attorney regarding the city’s general election and other legal matters involving the City.
