Consideration and possible action regarding the following for the Fiscal Year 19/20 City Budget and 2019 Tax Rate: o Set and announce the time, date and place for public hearing on the proposed budget. o Submit, receive, and announce the effective and rollback tax rate. o Propose (not adopt) a tax rate by record vote. o Set the time, date and place for two public hearings should the proposed tax rate exceed the lower of the effective tax rate or rollback rate. o Set time, date and place for a Council meeting to consider adopting the tax rate. 7.
