THE CITY COUNCIL OF IOWA COLONY WILL HOLD A WORKSESSION AT 6:00 PM ON TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 30, 2025 AT IOWA COLONY CITY HALL, 3144 MERIDIANA PARKWAY, IOWA COLONY, TEXAS 77583 FOR THE PURPOSE OF DISCUSSING THE FOLLOWING ITEMS. Discussion on proposed amendments to the transparency requirements within the City's Unified Development Code (UDC). 3. Discussion on build-to line requirements in the City's Unified Development Code (UDC).
