"An opportunity for the public to address Planning Commission on agenda items or concerns not on the agenda. To comply with the Texas Open Meetings Act, this period is not for question and answer. Those wishing to speak must fill out the sign-up sheet at the entrance to the council chambers prior to the start of the meeting, and observe a three-minute time limit.” • Discussion on the Comprehensive Plan. Chairman Hurst called the worksession to order. Sue Darcy presented a recap of the second worksession and intended outcomes for the third worksession. Ron Cox, Council Members, and Planning Commission Members drafted a chart for guiding principles, organizational growth, and goals for the city. Kent Marsh presented a land use plan, population projection based on a draft of the land use plan, and discussed major and minor nodes concepts for single family residential areas. Steven Byrum-Bratsen made a motion to adjourn. Seconded by Vince Patterson. Meeting was adjourned.
