FIRST READING OF THE ORDINANCE 26-16, an Ordinance to amend the code of ordinance of the Town of Irmo by adding a new section to the zoning ordinance establishing a twelve (12) month waiting period for the resubmission of certain land use and zoning applications following denial by Town Council. (Staff) B. FIRST READING OF ORDINANCE 26-14, an ordinance to rezone 22 acres in the Town of Irmo from LM, Light Manufacturing to RN, Negotiated Residential. The parcels, TMS R03911-05-25 and -44, are located off Columbiana Drive near Woodspring Suites. (Planning Commission). This would allow for the construction of 300+ apartment units on the property. C. FIRST READING OF THE ORDINANCE 26-17, an Ordinance to repeal Article IV, Division 5 of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Irmo (Staff) D. RESOLUTION 26-08, Resolution Authorizing Town of Irmo to Open Depository Accounts (Lisa) Consideration of a resolution authorizing staff to establish banking services and open depository accounts pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposals and the negotiated banking services agreement. E. Consideration of a contract with ICMA-TV to produce an economic development commercial promoting Town of Irmo business initiatives and parks (Staff). F. Consideration of a contract with Flock Safety to add additional cameras for public safety (Staff). XI. Presentation by Citizens XII. Discussion XIII.
