Presentation and Discussion - 2026 Budget Review and Proposed 2027 Budget - Public Works, Water, and Wastewater Utilities 6. Pay Request #2 – 2026 Street Improvement Projects - Eagle Drive, Hawthorn Drive, Aspen Drive, and Linden Drive - Vinton Construction in the amount of $239,438.64 7. Pay Request #2 - Final - 2026 Wastewater Treatment Plant Fill Removal Project – BMCI Construction in the amount of $6,252.75 8. Review of Bids - 2026 Streetlight Improvement Project - Ridgeway Drive, Chestnut Court, and Hickory Lane 9. Review Design and Engineering Services Proposals - 2027 Street Improvement Projects - Jackson Drive and Georgetown Drive 10.
