ACTION:  Approval for START to submit a purchase request to the Washington State Department of Enterprise Services to allow START to purchase a total of eleven (11) diesel powered heavy duty Gillig buses through the Washington State Transit Bus Cooperative Purchasing Agreement. – Bruce Abel o Seven (7) 40-foot diesel powered heavy duty Gillig buses at a cost of $480,000 apiece and o Four (4) 30-foot diesel powered heavy duty Gillig buses at a cost $466,000 apiece. o These buses are in the approved 2022 START budget. o The START Board Operations Committee endorses this request.
