CITY OF JACKSONVILLE BEACH PUBLIC MEETING NOTICE City Council Budget Preview and Project Tour Friday, July 31, 2026 2:00 P.M. – 4:00 P.M. City Council Chambers 11 Third Street North Jacksonville Beach, Florida City Manager Mike Staffopoulos has called a City Council Briefing to present the Financial Condition Report and Budget Showcase. The purpose of the Budget Showcase is to highlight and discuss specific items in the proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2026-2027. The Budget Showcase will begin in the City Council Chambers and continue by bus to conduct a budget tour of the City. The tour will conclude at the Jacksonville Beach Golf Club followed by a light reception. City Council Members in attendance may include: Mayor: Christine Hoffman Council Members: John Wagner Dan Janson Greg Sutton Bruce Wouters Bill Horn Sandy Golding Please note: Members in attendance at this meeting may vary according to their schedules. No public comments are taken at the City Manager’s Council Briefing.
