SPECIAL MEETING, MAY 20, 2025

City Hall, 102 3rd Ave SE, Jamestown, ND 58401
The special meeting of the City Council was called to order by Mayor Heinrich at 4:41 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance to the flag was recited.
Roll Call showed the following members present: Council Members Heinrich, Kamlitz, Phillips, Schloegel,
Steele, Assistant City Attorney Geroux, and City Administrator Hellekson.
Council Member Steele moved a resolution to award the bid for MSW Cell 4B Landfill Project to Scherbenske,
Inc., in the amount of $1,488,897.90, contingent upon NDDEQ approval and authorize the Mayor and City
Administrator to sign all applicable documents. Seconded by Council Member Phillips. City Engineer Dillman
provided information. Roll Call No. 1: 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent. Carried.
Council Member Kamlitz moved a resolution to approve the Minor Subdivision, Preliminary/Final Plat of
Behles Gardenette Park 2nd Addition, Replat of the Replat of Lot 1 Thru 38 of Behles Gardenette Addition and
Outlot A of Behles Gardenette Park Addition, Jamestown, Stutsman County, North Dakota. The property is
located at 922, 1320, 1410, 1415, 1511 and 1515 Gardenette Drive, Jamestown, North Dakota. Seconded by
Council Member Schloegel. Roll Call No. 2: 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0 absent. Carried.
Council Member Phillips moved a resolution to approve entering into an agreement with CWND Jamestown,
LLC that acknowledges the properties are responsible for snow clearance at the end of the driveways due to
nonconformance with the city standards and authorize the Mayor to sign the agreement. Seconded by Council
Member Kamlitz. Assistant City Attorney Geroux provided information. Roll Call No. 3: 5 ayes, 0 nays, 0
absent. Carried.
Council Member Schloegel moved to adjourn at 4:49 p.m. Seconded by Council Member Steele. Unanimous
aye vote. Carried.
