COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 23, 2025 5:30 P.M. PRESENT: Ahrenholtz, Jackson, Sloan, Wetrich, Zmolek ABSENT: None Mayor Berry presided. During the open forum Russell Gettler expressed his concerns with property taxes being raised and asked the Council to find ways to control property taxes. On motion by Zmolek, second by Wetrich, the Council approved the following consent items: September 9, 2025 Council Minutes, Annual Urban Renewal Report FY 24-25, Tree Removal Assistance Application from 106 W. Park Street for $1,070, Appoint Kelly Gray and Tracy Deal to the Park & Recreation Commission for terms to expire December 31, 2028, and Closure of Chestnut Street by TJ Gardens on October 5, 2025.
