BE IT RESOLVED, by the Common Council of the City of Jefferson, Wisconsin that the consent agenda for September 2, 2025, is hereby adopted. A. Vouchers Payable for September Payables in the amount of $420,373.32. Payroll Summary for August 22, 2025, amount of $204,084.23. B. Council Minutes from August 19, 2025, of the Common Council. C. Licenses as Approved by the Regulatory Committee: 1. Operator’s Licenses. 2. Closure of City Right-of-Way: Parking Lots Behind City Hall, Jefferson Park and Recreation- Gemütlichkeit Family Fun Night- September 3, 2025. 5. RESOLUTION NO. 41- Resolution Authorizing Sale of North Industrial Park Property. (To be introduced by Ald. Neils.) 6. RESOLUTION NO. 42– Resolution Authorizing Exemption from County Library Tax. (To be introduced by Ald. Larson.) 7. RESOLUTION NO. 43– Resolution Authorizing the Request to Vacate the Alley Between W. Milwaukee Street and W. Ryder Street. (To be introduced by Ald. Schroeder.) 8.
