Consideration and appropriate action relating to a request for approval of the Consent Agenda. (All matters listed under “Consent” are considered by the City Council to be routine and will be enacted by one motion. Any Councilor may, however, remove an item from the Consent Agenda by request. Approve Plat 26-24, a Preliminary & Final Plat for Brakes Plus. General Location: W 101 PL S D. Approve Plat 26-25 - A Preliminary Plat for West Main. General Location: 700 W Main St E. Approve Resolution 904 for final acceptance of Water Line, Storm Water, and Sanitary Sewer infrastructure associated with STUCO Apartments (525 E. “K” Pl. N., Jenks, OK 74037) F. Approve Resolution 905 for final acceptance of Water Line infrastructure and easement associated with Attic Storages (13501 S. Elm Ave, Bixby, OK 74008) G. Approve request by Michelle Metcalf to use Jenks streets from 8:00 AM until 12:30 PM on September 26, 2026, for the "Tulsa Metro out of the Darkness Walk." H. Approve request by Shari Holdman to use Jenks streets from 6:00 AM until 11:00 AM on September 26, 2026, for the "Tulsa Race for the Cure." I. Approve request by the Jenks Athletic Department to use Jenks streets from 4:30 PM until 10:00 PM during home football games on the following dates:  2026.08.21, 2026.10.02, 2026.10.15, 2026.10.30, 2026.11.13, and 2026.11.20. 2. Consideration and appropriate action relating to items removed from the Consent Agenda 3. Ordinance 1690, related to ROW-UEC 26-03, a Right-of-Way closure near E "C" St directly north of 401 E "B" St; repealing all ordinances or parts thereof in conflict herewith; and providing for severability.
