Discussion and possible motion to approve an Intergovernmental Agreement between the City of Jerseyville, City of Grafton, and Jersey County for shared usage of the Jerseyville Animal Control Facility B. Discussion and possible motion to approve the Director of Tourism to attend the Annual Rural Community Economic Development Conference to be held in Springfield, Illinois on February 28th and 29th. C. Discussion and possible motion to approve a $250,000.00 grant agreement between the American Water Charitable Foundation and the City of Jerseyville for splash pad features/controllers/equipment, related to the Lion’s Club Park Improvements phase 2 project. 1. Authorization for Mayor, City Clerk, and Director of Public Works to sign associated paperwork. OTHER BUSINESS - Due to construction, please enter 115B (East Side Door nearest to Police Station) for entrance into City Hall. Temporary offices are now located in the Council chambers. The drive-up window is temporarily closed during renovations. - Beginning the first meeting in January (January 9th) and until further notice, City Council meetings will be held at the Feyerabend building located at 209 East Spruce. - Registration is now open for the Parks and Recreation Daddy/Daughter Dance for ages 3-12 to be held at the Susnig Complex February 16th, 17th, and 18th.
