Motion to execute an Instrument for the Declaration of Restrictions and Covenants for the road and infrastructure of the Valley View Business Park. D. Motion to appoint Dominick Perini to the Jessup Planning Commission, term ending 12/31/2025. E. Motion to accept proposal to move Borough’s current Dental and Vision plans to Guardian for an estimated savings of $820.30 per year to the Borough and a richer benefit plan to the employees. G. Motion to enter into a contract with American Public Risk and Encova in the amount of $78,325.00 for Municipal Liability Package, and Worker’s Compensation insurance effective as of 1/1/22. H. Motion to accept the resignation of Mr. Benjamin Cardoni from the Zoning Hearing Board. I. Motion to advance Angela Muchal to sit as a regular member of the Zoning Hearing Board. J.
