Motion to authorize the Borough Solicitor to execute stipulations in 2015-CV-7009, 17-CV- 6037, and 18-CV-5586 related to an assessment appeal resolution between Lackawanna County and the property owner. D. Motion to donate $40,000.00 to Hose Company No. 1. E. Motion to donate $40,000.00 to Hose Company No. 2. F. Motion to forward $100,000.00 to the Valley View School District from the LEC Host Agreement. G. Motion to award H&K Group, Inc. the Hand Street Retaining Wall contract in the amount of $37,322.22. Motion to enter into a Cooperation Agreement with the County of Lackawanna for The FFY 2022 CDBG Program Administration. P. Motion to modify the Borough’s 2023 Operating Budget. Q.
