A. Motion to approve the land development plans for the Penske expansion project.
B. Motion to execute the O&M Agreement for Stormwater Management Best Management
Practices related to the Penske project.
C. Motion to hire Samantha Howey and Stephanie Berta as Lead Counselors for the Summer Youth
Program at a rate of $18.00 per hour.
D. Motion to hire Angela Shander, Abigail Borgacci, Mia Tomasoni, and Kylee Gale as Junior
Counselors for the summer Youth Program at a rate of $14.00 per hour.
E. Motion to hire _____________ for the part time Seasonal Public Works laborer at a rate of
$18.00 per hour.
F. Motion to advertise for bids for the Jessup Youth Sports Association improvement project.
G. Motion to advertise for bids for the Bridge Street Stormwater/Sanitary Sewer improvement

K. Motion to advertise an ordinance amending the Borough's refuse collection ordinance.
L. Motion to adopt Ordinance 3-2023, amending the Borough’s traffic control ordinance to place
stop signs at the intersections of Ellen and Maple Streets and Thomas and Maple Streets.
M. Motion to fund CPR and AED training at $20.00 per trainee up to $500.00.
N. Motion to fund a 20 minute fireworks display for the 21st Century Association’s July 5th event at
a cost of $6000.00.
O. Motion to advertise for bids the Constitution Avenue rails road overpass mural project.
P. Motion to hire Peter Nguyen for the position of a part time police officer at a rate of $22.93 per
hour.
