Motion to approve the land development plans for the Valley View Drive Lot 19 warehouse project subject to the following conditions: a) the plan receives favorable review from the Borough's Zoning Officer; b) the plan receives favorable review from the Borough Fire Chief; c) the applicant obtains an NPDES permit; and d) the applicant enters into a developer's agreement and O&M agreement with the Borough. C. Motion to hire Jacob Piazza as a part time police officer at a rate of $24.76 per hour. D. Motion to adopt Resolution 2-2024 approving the 2018 FFY CDBG Contract modification of $8200.35 for the Borough’s Chromebook Initiative for Non-Profit Child Care Centers. E. Motion to approve renting garage space at a monthly rate up to $1000.00. F. Motion to accept the Commercial Line and Workers Compensation Renewal Contract with AmGuard Insurance Company for $97,418.00. G.
