Meeting Minutes
14 August 2025
at the Municipal Building
following the Connection Scoping Study starting at 6:30 pm
Present: Lois Frey, Adrian Schmidt. Guest: Denise Ashman.
Regrets: Sue Lovering, Noel Dodge, Peter Hamond. Absent: Dean Locke.
Resignation requested: Jared Jasinski.
It was planned for members of the Conservation Commission to attend the
Downtown Johnson & Lamoille Valley Rail Trail Connection Scoping Study
Meeting at the Municipal Building. JCC members present attended and
participated in the discussion.
Following the presentation, there was no quorum so no official JCC meeting was
held. All items will be moved to the September 11, 2025 agenda.
