Library Meeting

Johnson Public Library Library Trustee Meeting June 11, 2025 Present: Suzanne Dodge, Eric Schulz, Kelly Vandorn Library Director: Jeanne Engel Review of minutes. Suzanne motioned to approve minutes, Eric second. All in favor. Treasurer's report: Tee shirt sales-Since the last meeting we have received $533. GiveButter- we have received $1325 in donations. Suzanne will check with Adrianne about sending thank you’s to donors on GiveButter. Suzanne and Kelly will write an email and send out thank you’s to donors. Librarian’s report: The website is up and running. Many thanks to Adrianne for creating it. Board will review the website and give feedback to Adrianne. Check with Jasmine about sending broad thank you’s on FPF to all who helped with the move. Eric will check with Greg or Tom on the storage space we are using on Railroad St. for the shelving. Try to figure out a way to protect the shelving from the weather. Tree replacement- Main St and Etta Parker’s Suzanne will check in with Noel on the Main St tree and we will check in with Jasmine about Etta’s. Etta would like a red maple. Eric will check with Arbor Hill Tree Farm on trees. Library building- Review of current bills submitted and reimbursement from the VDOL Review of Silver Ridge Design estimates Eric makes a motion to adjourn, Suzanne seconds. All in favor. 6:50PM
