JOHNSON TUESDAY NIGHT LIVE COMMITTEE MEETING MINUTES REMOTE MEETING VIA ZOOM TUESDAY, APRIL 7, 2026 Present: Howard Romero, Tim Mikovitz, Sophia Berard, Tom Moog Absent: Geoff Hollis, Charles Flaum Note: All votes taken are unanimous unless otherwise noted. Howard called the meeting to order at 7:05. The board discussed getting vinyl replacements for the oldest signs that need repair and maybe a couple of new signs. Tim moved to approve using Vinyl Graphics to update 5 to 7 signs, Sophia seconded and the motion was passed. Howard said he purchased 500 cards that can be sent to sponsors. He paid for them himself because it is a hassle going through the town, but he wants to be reimbursed. He suggested reimbursement could be taken out of the cash raised during TNL and the board agreed to that. Howard said he will print the cards tomorrow. Sophia said he should sign them after he prints them and then take them to the town office so other committee members can stop by and sign them. She thinks Geoff had agreed to address the envelopes. Committee members should plan to sign the cards within a week and then Geoff can address them and take them to the town for the town to send out. Howard said he didn’t have envelopes, so Tim ordered some online. It was mentioned that we had talked about putting a sticker in each card. Howard said he will include those.
