Main St, Scarlett & Company; Tami Moore presenting: Requesting for approval of new sign that will be in the center transom window above the door. It will be a plasticized “cling” material. It will fit the full-size of the window which is 17”X31”. Please see attached photo for more details. 2. 206 W. Main St, UT-TSU (University of Tennessee & Tennessee State University) Extension office; Zac Jenkins presenting: Requesting approval for new sign to incorporate the addition of TSU. The sign will replace the current sign at its current location. See attachment and photo for more information. The sign will be made of aluminum, with aluminum frame, legs to be placed in ground. Other Business: 1. Continued to discuss the new expedited sign approval form. 2. Discussion and possible vote on the following properties for violation of the demolition by neglect guidelines; 119 & 200 West Main St, and 208 West Woodrow Ave. Expedited: 1. 117 East Main; Gabriel’s Christmas: Replacing existing awning with new awning of same color, style, and material.
