HISTORIC ZONING COMMISSION OF JONESBOROUGH, TENNESSEE Thursday, March 9, 2023, in the Board Room located in Jonesborough's Town Hall at 6:00 PM Roll call noting presence of a quorum Additions to the agenda Any conflicts of interests with items on the agenda Demolition by Neglect: 1. 411 W. Main St; Sonya Stacey: A letter was sent out to the Stacey family to inform them that their address has been added to the DBN list and that the Town of Jonesborough Building Inspector would be doing a report on the property which will be presented at this meeting. Once the report has been presented, all commissioners present will discuss and decide the next steps to be taken. 2. 129 E. Main St; Jeff Gurley: A letter was sent out to Jeff Gurley/ The Lollipop Shoppe to inform them that their address has been added to the DBN list and that the Town of Jonesborough Building Inspector would be doing a report on the property which will be presented at this meeting. Once the report has been presented, all commissioners present will discuss and decide the next steps to be taken.
