All Light-Heigel & Associates Inc. invoices for TASA (Transportation Alternatives Set-Aside) paid from the General Fund were to be paid from the ARPA (American Rescue Plan Act) Fund. o Approve eligibility for Northern Lebanon Fire & Emergency in using Federal Surplus Property Program application sent in by Jonestown Borough.
