us know your concern which will be on the agenda for public comment at the next monthly meeting. After the public comment period, there
will be no public comment or outburst allowed during the meeting. If anyone wishes to comment on a topic during the meeting, he/she shall

Approval of Minutes – April 4, 2023
Approval of Treasurer’s Report Month ending April 30, 2023, as presented to Council.

o Audrey Shutter requesting approval for 2023 Block Party expenses.
o Jason Weikel – introduction to council as EMA Coordinator.
o Renee’ Swingholm – discussion with council about dirt bikes riding on borough property.
o Angie Peirce – community volleyball league use of the lower park field Tuesdays in June (6,13,20
& 27th)
Public Comment
o Amended the agenda: A motion made by Tom Keefer to amend the agenda, seconded by Jeff
Schott to include approval to the United Methodist Church to use the grass lot as 49 W.
Market St. for Bible School activities on June 26th, 27th, 28th & 29th. Motion carried.
o A motion made by Tom Keefer, seconded by David Charest to approve the United Methodist

o Discussion/Decision on base plan presented by Light-Heigel & Associates, Inc. for the Blackberry
St. water drainage problem. Added expenses for surveying. Review/Discussion/Approval for West
Blackberry St. Stormwater project base plan (Light-Heigel & Assoc.)

o Update on re-location of a bakery business on E. Market St. The Zoning Enforcement Officer issued
the permit as it met the requirements of the Borough Zoning Ordinance. No further action needed.
o 128 E. Market St. – Final Inspection on March 28, 2023 – Discussion/Decision if not complied.
