Call to order and announce a quorum present. Mayor Hollam announced a quorum and called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m B Discuss, consider, and take action on applying for the Safer Grant and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Councilmember Kidd moved to authorize staffto apply for the Safer Grant and authorize the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Councilmember Moore seconded the motion.
