The City Secretary will read your question in the order they are received. A. CALL TO ORDER AND ANNOUNCE A QUORUM PRESENT Director Dees announced a quorum and called the meeting to order at 7:23 pm. B. CITIZENS FORUM The Economic Development Corporation - Parks Board invites citizens to speak on any topic. No Corporation deliberation is permitted. Each person will have 3 minutes to speak. NA C. REGULAR AGENDA 1. Discuss, consider, and possible action on meeting minutes of October 10, 2022. Director Breitenstein moved to approve the meeting minutes of October 10, 2022. Director Funderburk seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. 2. Discussion with GrantWorks, Inc. to gather input for and discuss the Joshua Parks Master Plan 2022. Joe Beeler, Planner with GrantWorks, gave a brief description of the process of updating the Park Masterplan. He stated that a survey will be created and sent out electronically and paper if the board wishes. The corporation directed Mr. Beeler to send the survey questions to the City Secretary to share with them prior to being sent to the public. 3. Discuss, consider, and possible action on the City Park Renovation Project. City Secretary Holloway gave a presentation of five different park plans that has been created for the park. Each plan had three different playground structures for different age groups. In addition, each plan included artificial turf safety surfacing, Mach X Disc Golf baskets, and shading for all the park. The corporation directed staff to create a online survey for the citizens to view and vote on three different plans. In addition, he stated to bring back a finance plan for all the updates to the park with the maximum amount of $900,000. D. ADJOURN Director Dees adjourned the meeting at 7:53 pm. E.
