Annual Overview of the Palm Beach County Commission on Ethics.# 3. JPD Update. CITIZEN COMMENTS All Non-agenda items are limited to three (3) minutes. There will be no separate discussion of these items unless a Councilor or citizen so requests; in which event, the item will be removed and considered at the beginning of the regular agenda. PUBLIC BUSINESS 5. Approval of Work Order #4 to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc. (EPW 2025-33B) for North Pennock and Fisherman's Landing Resurfacing in the amount of $501,217. 6. Approval of Work Order #5 to Timothy Rose Contracting, Inc. (Contract EPW2025- 33B) for Olympus Resurfacing Project in the amount of $342,924. 7. Approving Work Order #12 to Arkest, LLC (Contract EPW 2025-34B) for the Fire Station 10 (Piatt) Diesel Fuel Tank Construction in the amount of $65,414. 8. Resolution 29-26, Approving an Interlocal Agreement with Palm Beach County for the Toney Penna Drive-Central Boulevard Traffic Signal Project. 9. Resolution 83-26, Approving an Agreement with 408 Center Street for Improvements and Maintenance of Public Right of Way. 10. Resolution 90-26, Approving an Interlocal Agreement with the School Board of Palm Beach County for Mutual Use of Town and Jupiter Community High School's Recreational Facilities. It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb or disrupt a meeting of the Town Council or to refuse to obey the orders of the presiding officer in the conduct of the meeting and such person shall be subject to being summarily ejected from the meeting.
